	Drs. Merle and Becky Marks are a husband and wife team who have over 20 years of licensed experience between them. They have practiced together since 1994. Each pet is their concern. The doctors work diligently to achieve the best results when dealing with difficult cases. Simple procedures such as vaccines are performed by the doctors. We feel the best pet owners are educated pet owners. The Drs. Marks work to educate clients to strengthen the doctor-patient relationship. Dr. Becky Marks -- Dr. Becky grew up on Long Island in New York. Starting her first employment at age 11...Dr. Becky loves hard work and challenges! She completed her veterinary degree at Oklahoma State University/ College of Veterinary Medicine in 1989. After practicing a short time in Missouri, she and Dr. Merle Marks moved to Portland, OR. Internal medicine is her forte. Cardiology, pocket pets and avian medicine are special areas of interest. Dr. Merle Marks -- Dr. Merle was born in Sioux City, Iowa. Of good mid-western blood, Dr. Merle graduated from Oklahoma Sate University/ College of Veterinary Medicine on 1987. He speaks directly and practices no-nonsense medicine. He enjoys orthopedic care, abdominal surgery, dermatology and reptile medicine.
